What you will do

• Act as a technical expert on Snowflake AI/ML workloads for customers.
• Build and deploy ML pipelines using Snowflake features and partner ecosystem tools.
• Develop hands-on POCs using SQL, Python, and APIs to demonstrate implementation techniques.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to enable customers to extend Snowflake capabilities independently.
• Collaborate with System Integrators to position and deploy Snowflake in complex environments.
• Work with Product Management and Engineering to improve product offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
• Strong understanding of the complete Data Science life-cycle and MLOps methodologies.
• Experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, R, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with Large Language Models, Retrieval, and Agentic frameworks.
• Ability to travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI and Vector Databases.
• Experience with Databricks or Apache Spark.
• Vertical expertise in industries such as FSI, Retail, or Manufacturing.
• Proven success in enterprise software environments.
