What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise data engineering strategy to support business growth and AI initiatives.
• Lead the design and operation of the enterprise data platform and lakehouse architecture.
• Establish master data management frameworks for critical business entities like clients, projects, and financials.
• Develop repeatable integration playbooks for newly acquired firms to consolidate fragmented data assets.
• Partner with governance leaders to operationalize data quality, lineage, and security controls.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data engineers and architects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, architecture, or enterprise data management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proven success in designing modern enterprise data platforms and integrating complex systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services, consulting, or acquisition-driven organizations.
• Hands-on familiarity with Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Data Services, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOC 2, or HIPAA.
• Experience supporting AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives.
