Salary: $87,400 - $123,400

What you will do

• Apply statistical analysis and experimentation to evaluate generative AI and agentic AI applications.
• Develop and maintain Responsible AI measures, benchmark datasets, and evaluation criteria.
• Assess AI systems for fairness, bias, explainability, transparency, and robustness.
• Establish performance baselines to identify changes in model behavior over time.
• Design and execute proofs of concept for new Responsible AI evaluation approaches.
• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in data science, AI evaluation, or applied research.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience evaluating generative AI, LLMs, or agentic systems.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI concepts, including fairness, bias, and hallucination.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in AI, Responsible AI, or a quantitative behavioral science.
• Experience with RAG systems, model cards, or AI assurance documentation.
• Familiarity with NIST or ISO guidance for Responsible AI.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
