Salary: $144,000 – $215,000

What you will do
- Define and execute signal-led outbound strategies for enterprise accounts, determining target accounts and optimal channels.
- Build and manage multi-channel campaigns across outbound, events, webinars, and digital to drive pipeline.
- Develop and refine outbound messaging tailored to AI and automation use cases for various buying committee personas.
- Design account-based plays (ABM) for high-value targets, including multi-threading and deal acceleration.
- Partner with Enterprise AEs to align campaigns with active deal motions and provide sequences and playbooks.
- Conduct 3+ structured experiments per week on messaging and channels to iterate and scale performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on enterprise demand generation and outbound.
- Professional background in SaaS or automation/integration platforms.
- Experience marketing to Enterprise IT, Sales Operations, or RevOps personas.
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Gong Engage, Demandbase, 6sense, Clay, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.
- Must be based in North America (NAMER).
- AI-forward mindset with experience using AI tools to improve execution speed and quality.
