What you will do

• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of the trade show event calendar from concept to post-event reporting.
• Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and logistics to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Partner with creative teams to develop event messaging, booth design, and promotional campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools to automate content production, invite drafting, and feedback summarization.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops to track event data, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Support the flagship annual customer conference, ReImagine, through specific logistics and execution workstreams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of event marketing experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end event strategy and on-site execution.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple vendors and events simultaneously.
• Proficiency with event management software and CRM/marketing automation tools.
• AI-forward mindset with practical experience using AI tools for planning and reporting.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for industry events.
