What you will do
- Own customer lifecycle demand generation to drive expansion, cross-sell, and adoption across email, in-app, web, and field channels.
- Build agentic workflows using AI tools (Claude Code, internal AI infrastructure) to automate audience building, content generation, and campaign QA.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to translate marketing signals into account coverage and campaign follow-ups.
- Manage and optimize programs across multiple channels including paid, email, events, web, and outbound.
- Instrument programs and report on pipeline impact to optimize performance and eliminate ineffective tactics.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company.
- Proven track record of running programs across at least two or three channels with measurable pipeline results.
- Hands-on experience building automations or agentic workflows using AI tools.
- Experience marketing specifically to existing customers for expansion and cross-selling.
- Ability to independently analyze data and build trusted program readouts for executive leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience with PLG (product-led growth) and sales-led motions.
- Familiarity with the observability, monitoring, or open-source ecosystem.
- Proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, and modern data stacks like BigQuery.
- Public contributions or writings regarding AI in marketing operations.
