What you will do

  • Own the entire marketing strategy, team, and execution across demand generation, product marketing, and brand.
  • Design the target organizational structure and ensure clear ownership across all marketing pillars.
  • Build a defensible demand generation growth model with clear leading indicators and attribution.
  • Run product marketing to enable Sales and CSM, drive feature adoption, and feed the funnel.
  • Ensure brand consistency to reinforce category positioning and support demand conversion.
  • Lead through strong pillar leads while remaining hands-on to drive speed and execution.

Requirements

  • Must have personally led marketing through the scale-up phase to €50M+ ARR.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, including channel mix, attribution, and growth modeling.
  • Proven ability to build and lead connected teams with shared goals and clear ownership.
  • Evidence-based decision-making skills with a focus on data-driven growth.
  • Ability to treat demand generation targets as a personal revenue commitment.
  • Strong communication skills to keep Sales, Product, and leadership aligned.

  • Track record of successfully scaling inbound marketing channels.
