What you will do

  • Define and execute the GTM strategy for product lines and the agentic platform.
  • Lead product marketing, including positioning, competitive strategy, and narrative development.
  • Build a programmatic sales enablement function to scale seller effectiveness.
  • Direct content strategy to establish thought leadership and category authority.
  • Manage field marketing and industry event presence at key executive forums.
  • Oversee and develop a senior team of 7-8 marketing professionals.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS GTM and marketing leadership, with 3-5+ years at the VP level.
  • Proven track record scaling GTM motions for complex enterprise deals with large ACVs.
  • Deep experience in regulated or vertical SaaS (insurance, fintech, or healthcare).
  • Experience leading full-function marketing teams including PMM, enablement, and content.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa transfer sponsorship available for active U.S. visas).
