TL;DR

Vice President, Marketing (AI): Leading the full B2B marketing function to drive revenue growth and market expansion with an accent on product marketing, demand generation, and revenue accountability. Focus on building a high-performing revenue marketing engine, integrating AI into operational workflows, and scaling impact within a complex multi-sided marketplace.

Location: Remote, must be based in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 + bonus + equity.

What you will do

  • Own the entire B2B marketing motion, including brand, demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Build and execute a revenue marketing strategy accountable to pipeline, revenue, and retention outcomes.
  • Lead product marketing as a core competency, focusing on competitive positioning, pricing, and packaging.
  • Drive the RFP function as a strategic capability to win public sector business.
  • Integrate AI into marketing workflows to scale impact and team efficiency without proportional headcount growth.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align on ICP, lead quality, and expansion signals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years owning the full marketing function.
  • Deep background in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Proven track record of accountability to pipeline and revenue metrics (CAC, marketing-sourced revenue).
  • Experience in a growth-stage, VC-backed company with complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to redesign workflows and drive team productivity.
  • Must be based in one of the specified US states.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to institutional or public-sector buyers (school districts, government agencies, nonprofits).
  • Direct experience owning or building an RFP function.
