What you will do

• Own and grow a mid-market advertiser portfolio, serving as the primary contact for clients and agencies.
• Drive activation, retention, and revenue growth via strategic consultation and performance analysis.
• Lead sales conversations based on market trends and industry context to scale client presence on Reddit.
• Partner with Account Strategists to implement and optimize brand and performance campaigns.
• Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide product feedback and market insights to influence go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of customer marketing funnels, auction dynamics, and the digital advertising landscape.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for performance measurement.
• Excellent communication skills for crafting and presenting narratives that drive action.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
