What you will do

• Build and manage a pipeline of direct advertisers and performance marketers globally.
• Drive new business growth through strategic outreach, networking, and platform demonstrations.
• Pitch value propositions based on client KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CPI.
• Collaborate with product, account management, and technical teams for seamless client onboarding.
• Monitor programmatic trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and business development goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AdTech, ideally within a demand platform.
• Proven track record of working with performance marketing clients (SME brands or direct response agencies).
• Deep understanding of performance metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CPI, and RPC.
• Strong sales background in digital advertising or programmatic spaces.
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
