What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers across EMEA.
• Translate business requirements and solution designs into actionable implementation plans and scalable architectures.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers on integration approaches, system configuration, and overall solution design.
• Partner with Sales to conduct technical discovery and recommend best-fit integration blueprints using APIs and third-party connectors.
• Troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide customers through complex configuration decisions for robust implementations.
• Influence the product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and integration feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management for complex technology implementations.
• 4+ years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in SaaS, fintech, or consulting.
• Proven experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platforms (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and technical teams.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, SSO, and ERP integration concepts.
• Formal project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
• Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within a broader account team.
