What you will do

• Analyze and explain portfolio performance results and reconcile account-level data.
• Consolidate financial data from multiple sources and custodians for accurate reporting.
• Manage software configuration, including new client onboarding and asset classification.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to resolve data issues and provide day-to-day support.
• Develop and adopt operational policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficiency.
• Prioritize individual and team projects to meet strict deadlines and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or data science.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of liquid investments, alternative investments, and performance reporting methodologies.
• Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Must be able to work from the Edinburgh office 4 days per week.

• Basic knowledge of database concepts.
• Experience with programming or design tools like Photoshop and HTML.
