Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Remote, Mexico; Wednesday–Sunday, 2:30–11:00 PM ET

Compensation: USD 1,200–1,800 monthly

Personal injury law firm headquartered in Miami Lakes, Florida, with offices in Orlando and New York City.

What you will do

• Source candidates across multiple offices through job boards, LinkedIn, professional associations, alumni networks, and direct outreach.
• Run Boolean searches and conduct high-volume calls, texts, and email outreach during evening and weekend hours.
• Conduct initial phone screens, administer questionnaires, track assessments, and schedule interviews.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, screening notes, disposition codes, and end-of-shift pipeline summaries.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and ensure every applicant receives a clear next step or close.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or high-volume talent acquisition support.
• Experience conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews at volume.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system, productivity tools, and Boolean search.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Consistent availability for Wednesday–Sunday, 2:30–11:00 PM ET.
• Must be located in Mexico and provide reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated computer, professional workspace, phone equipment, and required security controls.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Recruiting experience in a law firm, medical practice, or other high-volume professional services environment.
• Experience recruiting legal support, intake, or case management staff.
• Familiarity with Litify, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
