Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; hybrid position

What you will do

• Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from intake through offer.
• Execute sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal talent pools.
• Review resumes, conduct screening calls, and present candidate shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and recruitment milestones.
• Compile time-to-fill and source-effectiveness data for assigned requisitions.
• Represent hirify.global at job fairs, university events, and networking activities while using AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, reporting, and workflows.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of recruitment or sourcing experience in an in-house or agency environment.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines and interview logistics across concurrent requisitions.
• Working proficiency with applicant tracking systems and disciplined record keeping.
• Foundational sourcing skills with LinkedIn, job boards, and search methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia and able to work in a hybrid setup. Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones is required.

Nice to have

• In-house talent acquisition or agency experience supporting high-volume or technical hiring.
• Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system.
• Experience supporting hiring across Latin America and North America.
• Exposure to inclusive hiring practices, structured interview training, Banking, FinTech, or Technology hiring.
