What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Integration Managers responsible for Epic and EHR system integration projects.
• Plan and execute programs to deliver new platform capabilities and integrate products into the enterprise ecosystem.
• Monitor performance of Epic and system interfaces, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
• Negotiate delivery priorities with cross-functional stakeholders and business solution teams.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations including HIPAA, CAP, and CLIA.
• Supervise staff, including performance management, coaching, and professional development.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience).
• 8+ years of experience in IT or business, with 4+ years in a technology-related role.
• 1+ years of direct or indirect management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of SDLC and/or ITIL methodologies.
• Knowledge of EHR integration standards such as HL7 and FHIR.

Nice to have

• Professional working knowledge of health care or biotechnology.
• Professional working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
