Salary: $112,000 - $190,000

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Integration Managers responsible for Epic and EHR system integration projects.
- Plan and execute programs to deliver new platform capabilities and integrate products into the enterprise ecosystem.
- Monitor performance of Epic and system interfaces, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
- Negotiate delivery priorities with cross-functional stakeholders and business solution teams.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations including HIPAA, CAP, and CLIA.
- Supervise staff, including performance management, coaching, and professional development.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience).
- 8+ years of experience in IT or business, with 4+ years in a technology-related role.
- 1+ years of direct or indirect management experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of SDLC and/or ITIL methodologies.
- Knowledge of EHR integration standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
Nice to have
- Professional working knowledge of health care or biotechnology.
- Professional working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
