What you will do
- Lead and develop the Bill Management experience to help small businesses get paid faster.
- Manage and empower a high-performing R&D team of software engineers.
- Define the product technology vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Management, Business Analysts, and other Development Managers.
- Drive strategic results by embracing innovative ideas and fostering a collaborative team spirit.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mountain View, California.
- 3+ years of experience as a technical leader of software engineering teams.
- 8–12 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Expertise in software design and architecture processes.
- Experience with Frontend technologies and SaaS.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience.
