What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Technical Implementation Leads and Software Developers.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle, from discovery to post-go-live support.
• Guide solution design and technical decision-making using Java, HL7 FHIR, and cloud-native architectures.
• Participate in customer-facing technical discussions, escalations, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, CloudOps, and Customer Success.
• Develop reusable implementation assets like buildbooks, playbooks, and reference architectures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 8+ years of experience in software development, technical implementations, or clinical informatics.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2, and CDA/CCDA.
• Experience with relational and distributed databases like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
• Excellent communication skills for leading customer workshops and executive presentations.
