What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Direct the end-to-end delivery of software products, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
• Lead and inspire diverse software delivery teams, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Apply advanced project management methodologies to guide projects from inception to completion.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure minimal impact on deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US for this role.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development life cycles and architectures.
• Proficiency in business analysis, including eliciting requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration.
