What you will do

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms regarding rentals, move-ins, and billing.
• Process lease documentation and maintain accurate records in property management systems.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and execute follow-up payment reminders.
• Coordinate with local on-site teams to ensure facility operational efficiency.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow consistency.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, leads, and operational performance for leadership.

Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Brazil or Colombia.
• Availability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
• Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Proven experience in customer service and remote professional environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in property management or the self-storage industry.
• Familiarity with AppFolio or Easy Storage Solutions.
• Experience in creating or improving operational SOPs.
