What you will do

• Own overall program success of the "Farside" transformation, ensuring business outcomes and financial value are captured beyond technical milestones.
• Lead a high-impact team covering program execution and organizational change management (OCM).
• Redesign the operating model, accountability mapping, and org structure to align with new system capabilities.
• Remove organizational roadblocks and align stakeholders across finance, technology, and commercial functions.
• Drive ecosystem readiness for Salesforce migrations to ensure teams are genuinely prepared to operate differently.
• Report directly to executive leadership on program health and business-side risk resolution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 12–18 years of experience spanning rigorous analytical work, operational execution, and team leadership.
• Background in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or Deloitte/Accenture) followed by 5+ years in an in-house VP-level operating role.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale systems transformations (Workday/Salesforce) in complex, multi-unit organizations.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and P&L accountability.
• Strong command of OCM methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent).
