What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for benefactor relations to advance institutional fundraising priorities.
• Oversee the stewardship and recognition lifecycle for large and transformational gifts.
• Develop customized pre-gift and post-gift stewardship strategies to deepen benefactor engagement.
• Partner with Development staff and gift officers to proactively manage high-level relationships.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams (finance, communications, legal) to implement innovative recognition ideas.
• Develop best practice documentation and deliver training to colleagues on stewardship processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in donor relations, communications, marketing, or healthcare administration.
• 1-3 years of direct experience in Development/Fundraising.
• Must be based in the US; the company will not sponsor or transfer visas.
• Demonstrated competency in leadership, project management, and legal agreement interpretation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
