What you will do

• Oversee daily operations including patient admissions, medication delivery, and chart preparation.
• Supervise and mentor team members, managing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure strict adherence to state, federal, and accrediting agency regulations.
• Manage revenue collection, budgeted expenditures, and staffing levels to ensure operational efficiency.
• Address patient complaints and grievances while maintaining high standards of infrastructure.
• Serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer for the treatment center.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a related Human services field required.
• 2-3 years of management experience required.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medication assisted treatment and ethical standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a standard medical office environment with potential exposure to patients with mental health diagnoses.
