What you will do

• Act as executive partner to supply chain and operations leaders shaping digital thought leadership and long-term vision aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Define digital roadmap and lead transformation initiatives including S/4HANA, MES modernization, and AI/ML optimization.
• Drive integration, standardization, and transparency across procurement, manufacturing, planning, and logistics.
• Champion growth mindset, digital culture, collaboration, and innovation within global teams.
• Shape investment strategies, governance, security, compliance, and continuous improvement for measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or related (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years progressive IT/digital leadership, 5+ years in senior global roles.
• Proven success leading digital transformations in procurement, manufacturing, logistics.
• Deep expertise in ERP/MES, procurement, planning platforms, data exchange, analytics, Industry 4.0.
• Leadership of multi-region director-level teams, executive communication, stakeholder management, financial/vendor governance.
• Complete background investigation and drug screen.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP MES, Industry 4.0, IoT, hybrid ERP (S/4HANA), data governance, RPA, AI/ML for supply chain.
• Familiarity with engineering, finance, sales interfaces.
• International leadership across multi-plant operations.
