We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Lifecycle/CRM leader to build and scale customer engagement across Africa's largest new city developer.

We're looking for someone with:
• 5+ years in Lifecycle / CRM / Retention / Performance Marketing (real estate experience is a strong plus), team leading experience
• Hands-on experience with , Braze, Iterable, Salesforce or similar platforms
• Strong analytics skills (Mixpanel, GA4, Looker/Tableau, segmentation, cohort analysis)
• Experience with AI-powered personalization, churn prediction, and marketing automation
• A proven track record of improving retention, CLV, and customer journeys through experimentation
