What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of events including webinars, roundtables, and conferences.
  • Execute invitation campaigns and partner co-marketing activities to maximize attendance.
  • Manage post-event follow-up cadences to convert attendees into qualified sales meetings.
  • Build and maintain segmentation and nurture flows within CRM systems.
  • Track event performance metrics to inform strategy and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and SDR teams to ensure pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK
  • Proven track record in planning and hosting events such as conferences or exhibitions.
  • Experience driving attendance for both in-person and virtual events.
  • Strong background in lead conversion and working with sales or SDR functions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple supplier relationships.
  • Confident in engaging and hosting senior stakeholders face-to-face.

Nice to have

  • Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Background in high-growth or PE-backed business environments.
