What you will do

  • Configure and maintain CRM platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Design and improve lead management processes, including routing, scoring, and qualification.
  • Build executive-level reporting dashboards and analytics to drive business decisions.
  • Implement and troubleshoot lead tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement.
  • Configure marketing and analytics platforms like GA4, GTM, and various advertising networks.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance client reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools.
  • Understanding of lead tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying them to business processes.
  • Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a consulting or agency environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM migrations, APIs, and automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience with sales intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
