hirify.global is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM to automate sales busywork and increase seller productivity.

What you will do

  • Build and own the operational infrastructure and scalable workflows for the marketing organization.
  • Develop and optimize automated campaign workflows, lifecycle programs, and lead management processes.
  • Establish trusted measurement frameworks for marketing attribution and performance reporting.
  • Design resilient GTM systems for lead routing, enrichment, scoring, and data governance.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, RevOps, and Sales to translate business problems into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Marketing, GTM, or Revenue Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Deep understanding of CRM architecture, APIs, and data flow integrations.
  • Proven ability to design scalable operational systems and solve complex technical problems.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
