What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions for internal audit and investigations.
• Build advanced analytics, automation, and RPA solutions to query, mine, and analyze large datasets.
• Develop solutions using OCR, predictive machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data visualization tools.
• Establish data quality governance, change management controls, and repeatable data extraction and normalization methods.
• Lead analytics-as-a-service engagements, investigations, special projects, and global technology adoption training.
• Review code, conduct testing, influence stakeholders, and potentially manage 1–3 direct reports.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, data science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience designing, building, and operating digital solutions.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization, query and automation, data mining, or predictive tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, UiPath, Python, or R.
• Experience with databases and enterprise information systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, SQL queries, data lakes, APIs, relational databases, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, leadership, and stakeholder-influence skills.
