Business Operations Analyst (Data/AI)

Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles or Boston, United States, with in-person work at the hirify.global office 3–4 days per week

Salary: $75,000–$130,000 base salary per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Work across the full data lifecycle, including analysis, visualization, dbt data modeling, and ETL pipelines.
• Update data pipelines and models to provide complete, accurate information to teammates and connected tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards, analyses, and other data products for ongoing and ad hoc business needs.
• Partner with finance, product, growth, sales, and leadership teams on business and product decision-making.
• Conduct funnel evaluations, sales forecasting, revenue reporting, product analytics, and marketplace analysis.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and CRO to generate insights that support company growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role.
• Strong experience in one or more areas such as ETL pipelines, dbt data modeling, or business intelligence, with exposure to SQL, dbt, Python, and data warehouses.
• 3+ years of collaboration with growth or product teams, including communicating with nontechnical colleagues and providing data tools and access.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end, work autonomously, and operate effectively in a small team.
• Interest in learning and testing new data tools, including AI, to improve data availability and usefulness.
• Ability to work in person at the Los Angeles or Boston office 3–4 days per week.
