What you will do

• Facilitate Kaizen events and manage all preparatory data and logistics.
• Partner with site leadership to drive lean transformation and employee engagement.
• Apply 3P "try storming" simulations to prove concepts and quickly assemble solutions.
• Train employees across the campus on continuous improvement tasks and Kaizen execution.
• Maintain 5S standards and improve flow, visual management, and error-proofing.
• Prepare report-outs for Kaizen activities and manage productivity funnels for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based on-site in St. Pauls, NC
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must hold or earn a Yellow Belt certification within 3 months of hire
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Associate degree or certification in engineering technology, operations, or a related field
• Prior experience supporting Kaizen events or Lean improvement projects
• Exposure to KPI reporting or visual management systems
