What you will do

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.
• Supervise and coach Team Leads and Operators to foster accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure adherence to build schedules and takt time, escalating risks to the Operations Manager.
• Track performance metrics including output, defects, and downtime while leading Tier 1 daily meetings.
• Coordinate with Planning, Materials, and Quality departments to ensure work center readiness.
• Enforce safety protocols, 5S practices, and standard work compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical certification preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with takt time, standard work, and visual management.
• Proficiency in ERP, Excel, and production dashboards.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida.

Nice to have

• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone).
• Strong understanding of Lean and 5S principles.
• Advanced skills in conflict resolution and performance feedback.
