What you will do

• Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors in the execution of preventative, reactive, and project work orders.
• Prioritize and assign work orders to optimize schedule adherence, cost control, and equipment reliability.
• Provide hands-on coaching, technical guidance, and troubleshooting support to the maintenance team.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets, labor utilization, and overtime within CMMS systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and 5S to enhance maintenance efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production to minimize delays and ensure strict adherence to safety and ESHA standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required (Technical or trade school education preferred).
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CMMS systems (SAP PM preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Louisville, Kentucky.
