TL;DR

Inbound Sales Representative (MedTech): Managing incoming patient inquiries and converting leads into whole-body scan appointments with an accent on customer service, CRM management, and sales target achievement. Focus on providing detailed product information, addressing patient concerns, and maintaining high standards of privacy and emotional intelligence in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Location: Must be based in Vancouver, Canada. The role requires a hybrid schedule at the Vancouver Head Office (V6B 6A7) with 2 days per week in-office after onboarding. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $40,000 base + up to $20,000+ OTE (CAD)

What you will do

  • Handle high volumes of incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat from potential patients.
  • Identify customer needs, provide detailed product information, and address objections to convert leads into sales.
  • Manage and track lead status within the company CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new strategies and meet weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales quotas.
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality while acting as the welcoming face of the clinic.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Vancouver, BC.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in customer support, telesales, or customer success is highly preferred.
