Business Development Representative (Remote): Generate interest in hirify.global’s iPaaS offerings by running targeted outbound campaigns, qualifying prospects, and setting meetings that drive net new pipeline revenue with an accent on Salesforce-based prospecting, tailored messaging, and exceeding monthly SQL quotas. Focus on building pipeline through cold outreach, documenting prospect insights, and positioning hirify.global against key competitors.

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 CAD (base)

hirify.global provides data, application, and process workflow automation with iPaaS capabilities, combining integration, APIM, and no-code app creation.

What you will do

  • Learn hirify.global processes and tools (including CRM, Salesloft) and apply them to engage prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Explain hirify.global’s value proposition and new features to align how the platform helps prospects reach objectives faster, more efficiently, and with less risk.
  • Create and execute outreach sequences and calling scripts tailored to specific accounts and audiences.
  • Drive outbound motion by placing calls and sending tailored emails weekly to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Meet monthly goals for SQLs and build pipeline in collaboration with sales and marketing.
  • Document and communicate prospect learnings, trends, and what is working to support go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience as a BDR selling SaaS, including cold-calling.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Knowledge and passion for cloud-based products, technology, and SaaS.
