TL;DR

Commercial Inside Sales Client Advisor (IT solutions): Manage day-to-day customer accounts and support field executives to deliver exceptional experiences with an accent on cross-sell/upsell opportunities and technology vendor navigation. Location: Toronto, ON, CA (hybrid, in office 1-2 times per week)

Salary: $42,000 base, $60,000 base plus incentives at target annually

What you will do

  • Handle day-to-day account management for customers.
  • Partner with Field Account Executives for exceptional customer experiences.
  • Assist customers in choosing contracts and purchasing options.

  • Collaborate with technology vendors and specialists to guide customers.

Requirements

  • Location: Toronto, ON, CA with hybrid office expectation (1-2 days/week)
  • Follow USA holiday schedule
  • 1-3 years in sales, retail, or account management.
  • Analytical and strategic approach to sales goals.
  • Passion for enterprise technology.
  • Ability to manage priorities from multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record as a metric-driven salesperson.
