Salary: $42,000 base, $60,000 base plus incentives at target annually

What you will do
- Handle day-to-day account management for customers.
- Partner with Field Account Executives for exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist customers in choosing contracts and purchasing options.

- Collaborate with technology vendors and specialists to guide customers.
Requirements
- Location: Toronto, ON, CA with hybrid office expectation (1-2 days/week)
- Follow USA holiday schedule
- 1-3 years in sales, retail, or account management.
- Analytical and strategic approach to sales goals.
- Passion for enterprise technology.
- Ability to manage priorities from multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record as a metric-driven salesperson.
