What you will do

• Lead social strategy and content ideation for major leagues including NFL, NBA, MLB, and UFC.
• Own live, reactionary social coverage across X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Facebook.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with the user community.
• Monitor trends, memes, and cultural conversations to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns and tentpole events with live content.
• Conduct performance reporting to identify strengths and inform future strategies.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proven experience in live social media coverage and rapid-turn content creation.
• Deep knowledge of sports, particularly NFL, NBA, MLB, WNBA, and college sports.
• Strong understanding of organic best practices for X, Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
• Proficiency in creative tools including Figma, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
