TL;DR

Performance Creative Manager (Marketing): Developing and executing performance-driven creative strategies across digital channels with an accent on data-informed testing and scalable concepts. Focus on translating performance metrics into actionable creative briefs and optimizing ad copy to drive measurable growth across the funnel.

Location: Remote (United States). This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

What you will do

  • Own the strategy and delivery of performance-driven creative for a portfolio of 2-5 clients.
  • Translate performance data into clear creative direction, testing roadmaps, and iteration plans.
  • Develop recurring static and video briefs with high-performing hooks, headlines, and ad copy.
  • Collaborate with Media, Design, and Production teams to align on testing and scaling opportunities.
  • Analyze creative performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon to synthesize actionable insights.
  • Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations directly to clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance creative or paid social, preferably within an agency.
  • 2+ years of experience owning client relationships and delivering performance-tied outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon.
  • Ability to develop and iterate on messaging and hooks that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Must be based in the US; no immigration sponsorship available.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance creative development and optimize workflows.
