What you will do

• Engage authentically with players on the official Discord server across various channels and live sports moments.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, responding quickly and helpfully to player questions and needs.
• Create and execute community-first campaigns including giveaways, AMAs, live chats, and themed events.
• Monitor sentiment, player behavior, and emerging trends to share insights for product and feature improvements.
• Champion the community’s voice across the company while upholding brand tone and standards.
• Provide coverage during sports-heavy periods, including evenings, weekends, and big game days on rotation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience building, moderating, or supporting digital communities, preferably in sports, gaming, or consumer brands.
• Must be based in the US and able to obtain a gaming license issued by state agencies if required.
• Deep familiarity with Discord, including moderation tools, roles, bots, and engagement features.
• Excellent written communication skills with a flexible tone (professional, playful, empathetic).
• Strong understanding of Sportsbook or Daily Fantasy Sports products (betting lines, prop picks, etc.).
• Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience moderating high-volume communities or social platforms during live events.
• Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and customer safety.
