What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact for social media and community management initiatives.
• Develop and execute editorial themes, calendars, and guidelines for global and local channels.
• Create native-first content, including trend-responsive TikTok videos and curated social posts.
• Monitor social conversations and actively engage with brand communities.
• Analyze performance data to provide monthly and quarterly reports to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to innovate social activations.

Requirements

• Must reside in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami.
• Must be available for hybrid work (2 days per week in-office).
• Proven track record in social, digital, or integrated marketing within an agency environment.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, platform capabilities, and algorithm optimization.
• Excellent social copywriting and editorial skills.
• Experience with social media management tools for publishing, moderation, and reporting.
