What you will do

• Own and manage 5–7 high-value Facebook pages, overseeing daily content sourcing, captioning, and publishing.
• Create and optimize platform-native short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Monitor performance across impressions, engagement, and follower growth to adjust content mix and timing.
• Develop and scale engagement-led formats, including news templates, memes, and graphics using Canva and Photoshop.
• Identify emerging trends and breaking news in entertainment fandoms to capitalize on viral opportunities.
• Collaborate with social leadership on page strategy, content testing, and network-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within entertainment, media, or gaming.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep knowledge of online fandom culture and properties like Netflix, Marvel, DC, Star Wars, and gaming.
• Hands-on experience in short-form video production (hooks, pacing, captions).
• Proficiency with social publishing tools such as Post Planner, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Experience using AI-powered tools like ChatGPT or Gemini for visual ideation and content creation.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creating and quality-checking social graphics.
