Focus on qualifying prospects, supporting Account Executives with pipeline building, and scheduling product demonstrations with measurable show-rate targets.

What you will do
- Engage prospects with at least 70 outbound calls daily and respond to incoming calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Use Gong and Outreach to enhance outreach strategy and improve prospect engagement.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to support prospecting and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Schedule an average of 1.5 product demos per day and maintain a show rate of at least 66%.
- Develop deep product knowledge, including strategy, vision, mission, values, and offerings.
- Optimize efficiency by mastering telephone systems, email platforms, and other sales tools.
Requirements
- Onsite availability: be able to work in the Draper, Utah office Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales or client-facing experience.
- Comfort with advanced sales tools; experience with Salesforce and Outreach is a plus.
- Experience in B2B, quota-driven environments is a bonus (2+ years preferred but not required).
- Ability to confirm no future employment visa sponsorship is required (H-1B or similar).
