What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects and provide program management for major product initiatives.
• Develop and maintain onboarding and continuous learning programs for the Product organization.
• Drive product communications, including newsletters, team meetings, and all-hands sessions.
• Define and manage performance metrics to optimize Product Ops programs and identify process inefficiencies.
• Own administration and governance of core product tooling, ensuring data hygiene and scalability.
• Leverage AI tooling and LLMs to automate repetitive administrative tasks and streamline workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS product tools such as Jira, Pendo, or Heap.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI platforms to build automated processes and conduct data analysis.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
