What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of the APM roadmap and application lifecycle management.
• Enforce strict governance standards for data quality and integrity within the CMDB.
• Configure and maintain data models, relationships, and workflows to align with enterprise architecture.
• Translate technical ecosystem data into business-friendly dashboards and performance metrics.
• Support cybersecurity, audit, and regulatory compliance through robust application classification.
• Drive continuous improvement in automation and reporting to optimize operational costs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in APM and CMDB.
• Deep understanding of application lifecycle management and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage integrations, APIs, and data automation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both executives and technical teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Hands-on experience designing and configuring enterprise-grade IT platform modules.
• Experience supporting internal governance forums and audit/compliance activities.
