What you will do
- Build a consolidated view of the tool landscape, identifying overlaps, gaps, and consolidation opportunities.
- Lead tool selection and procurement by partnering with functional leaders to evaluate and procure new systems.
- Own configuration and administration standards, moving from informal admin work to a disciplined, requirements-driven practice.
- Design and operate the integration and middleware layer to ensure reliable data flow between systems.
- Partner with the Analytics team to ensure consistent data ingestion and pipeline infrastructure.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders to translate objectives into scalable, AI-enabled solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in business systems or enterprise applications, including 4+ years leading teams.
- Demonstrated track record owning a business systems function at scale in a SaaS or complex software company.
- Direct experience implementing a major CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Strong technical foundation in SaaS tooling, iPaaS, and integration patterns.
- Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable technology solutions.
- Must be based in Canada or the US.
