What you will do

• Lead the project engineering lifecycle from award through design delivery, construction support, and closeout.
• Serve as the lead technical point of contact for Owners and Engineer of Record (EOR) teams regarding submittals and review timelines.
• Own Basis of Design (BOD) development and RFI management for wind, solar, BESS, and gas scopes.
• Perform detailed drawing and design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and company best practices.
• Mentor and onboard Senior Engineers and junior staff through coaching and work product review.
• Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain, Estimating, and Construction teams on equipment selection and vetting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering or supervisory experience in energy or construction (civil, electrical, or power generation).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited college.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or master’s degree in engineering is required.

• Proven experience leading engineers and driving technical standards.
