What you will do

• Lead global regulatory strategy across financial services, crypto-assets, blockchain, digital identity, and emerging technologies.
• Advise executive leadership on complex regulatory, litigation, and enforcement matters.
• Manage significant litigation, investigations, and enforcement actions worldwide.
• Develop crisis-response frameworks and lead legal responses to high-impact matters.
• Build and mentor a high-performing regulatory and litigation legal team.
• Create scalable legal operations, playbooks, and training resources to manage compliance risks.

Requirements

• Must work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
• 10-15+ years of experience in regulatory, litigation, or enforcement legal roles, preferably in technology or highly regulated industries.
• Deep expertise in blockchain, crypto-assets, financial services, digital identity, and emerging tech legal frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and regulatory inquiries.
• Strong executive presence and strategic judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Juris Doctor degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
