Salary: $297,500 - $350,000

What you will do
- Lead global regulatory strategy across financial services, crypto-assets, blockchain, digital identity, and emerging technologies.
- Advise executive leadership on complex regulatory, litigation, and enforcement matters.
- Manage significant litigation, investigations, and enforcement actions worldwide.
- Develop crisis-response frameworks and lead legal responses to high-impact matters.
- Build and mentor a high-performing regulatory and litigation legal team.
- Create scalable legal operations, playbooks, and training resources to manage compliance risks.
Requirements
- Must work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
- 10-15+ years of experience in regulatory, litigation, or enforcement legal roles, preferably in technology or highly regulated industries.
- Deep expertise in blockchain, crypto-assets, financial services, digital identity, and emerging tech legal frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and regulatory inquiries.
- Strong executive presence and strategic judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Juris Doctor degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
