What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations for an eight-person international SDR team.
- Coach and mentor team members to support career growth and promotions.
- Hire and onboard new high-performing SDRs.
- Drive high-quality pipeline generation to contribute to overall bookings.
- Analyze performance data and build reports using Salesforce and Tableau.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
- 2+ years of experience in software or SaaS sales with a proven track record.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools including Outreach, Demandbase, and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to lead meetings with senior leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and implement new outbound strategies.
