What you will do

• Design and run the project management function from scratch, including processes, tooling, and cadence.
• Simultaneously manage multiple high-priority projects across product, operations, and commercial teams.
• Use AI tools (LLMs, workflow automation) to accelerate delivery and reduce manual overhead.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve blockers in a fast-moving environment.
• Establish metrics and reporting to make project health visible and actionable.
• Build a measurable business case for growing the PM function based on delivered results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience in reverse logistics, logistics, or supply chain (strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of building or significantly scaling a business function.
• Daily fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Zapier/Make) for automation and planning.
• Assertive communication style and high level of ownership.
• Must be based in the US (Miami preferred, or Eastern/Central time zones).

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Familiarity with project tooling such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or Monday.com.
