What you will do

• Design and update learning resources and educational materials to build organizational capacity in population health.
• Manage end-to-end internal team communications and the centralized intake process.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), including the annual impACT project.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve population health inquiries and project requests.
• Facilitate employee orientation sessions to increase awareness and visibility of population health initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration or similar.
• 3+ years of work experience in healthcare or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to locate, interpret, and apply peer-reviewed literature to inform content development.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CHES, CPH, or Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
• Experience facilitating workshops and creating visually engaging presentations.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline content creation.
• Strong analytical skills for translating data and trends into actionable insights.
